Technical Requirements For Using Almuhaseb 1

 Computer with the  following minimum specifications: –

Processor (with speed of at least 1.6 GHz)

Hard disk with a capacity of not less than 20 GB

Windows operating system not less than Windows 98 and beyond even WIN 7 supported with Arabic language.

Microsoft Office not less than MS Office 2000

During installation, the user must have the privilege of computer administrator.

Precautions To Be Avoided

Install Almuhaseb1 in the same disk of operating system because in case of formatting your computer and installing operating system again, you will lose all data of that disk, including Almuhaseb1. Thus, we recommend installing Almuhaseb 1 on one of the other disks.

Install unauthorized software or browse unknown websites may harm your system files, either loss or change.

Solutions to Available Problems in Almuhaseb 1:

Solve the problem of disappearing Arabic language and the appearance of question marks ?????????????? in Almuhaseb 1:

  •  In Windows XP: Go to Control Panel – Language Options and regional settings – Administrative Tab- choose Arabic (Yemen). This serves to change the language of Non-Unicode Program and texts in order  not to appear as question marks.
  •  In Windows 7.0: Go to Control Panel – Language Options and Regional settings – Administrative Tab – Pressure on (Change system Locale) and then choose Arabic (Yemen). This  serves  to change the language of Non-Unicode Program and texts in order  not to appear as question marks.

Solve the problem of appearing DD/MM/YY notification, Software date must be in format Day-Month-Year:

  • In Windows XP: Go to Control Panel – Language Options and regional settings – Administrative Tab – Regional Options Tab – choose Arabic (Yemen). This serves to change date format.
  • In Windows 7.0: Go to Control Panel – Language Options and Regional settings – Administrative Tab – Formats and Location Tabs- choose Arabic (Yemen) in the two tabs. This serves to change date format.

Solve the problem of appearing Run Time Error Invalid Password notification:

  • Delete software meaning delete database and reinstall software so that data will be coded in the chosen language and then software will be run without appearing Run Time Error Invalid Password notification.
